By accessing or using DentalTrackr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
DentalTrackr is a cloud-based inventory management platform designed for dental practices. The service includes web and mobile applications for tracking inventory items, monitoring stock levels, scanning barcodes, and generating analytics.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as selected during sign-up. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the application settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use DentalTrackr only for lawful purposes related to dental practice inventory management. You may not attempt to access other clinics' data, reverse engineer the service, or use it for purposes other than intended.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into DentalTrackr. We do not claim ownership of your inventory data, user information, or any content you provide through the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
DentalTrackr is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
