DentalTrackr collects information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and clinic details. We also collect inventory data you enter into the system, including item names, quantities, pricing, supplier information, and barcode data.

Our mobile app accesses your device camera solely for barcode scanning and product label recognition. Photos taken for label scanning are processed and immediately discarded — they are not stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the DentalTrackr service. This includes managing your inventory, generating dashboard analytics, sending stock alerts, and processing subscription billing. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Isolation

Each dental clinic operates in a fully isolated database environment. Your inventory and user data is never shared with or accessible by other clinics on the platform.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure token-based authentication, and isolated database environments per clinic.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's use of your payment information is governed by their own privacy policy. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
